Westeneng Verbeek Makelaardij and 't Gooi Estate Rentals will continue together

After a successful collaboration period of two years, Arwin Westeneng, Michiel Verbeek and Marie-José van Klooster have decided to finally join forces. Westeneng Verbeek Makelaardij is now taking over the rental company 't Gooi Estate Rentals. 't Gooi Estate Rentals is a well-known player in 't Gooi and has been renting houses and apartments in (and just outside) Het Gooi for over 10 years. The merger of the two companies makes the rental department of Westeneng Verbeek Makelaardij one of the most important and largest players in the Gooi. With a team of real estate specialists and now also rental experts, we are one step ahead of the competition.

Westeneng Verbeek Makelaardij - founded in 2009 - has managed many rental transactions over the years. “From starter apartments to project-based rental,” says Arwin Westeneng enthusiastically. 'Thanks to our deep-rooted network, we sit down with owners of both private and commercial real estate portfolios every day. Real estate management is also part of our daily work. In addition, we are a certified Expat Broker and we are allowed to carry the Certified Expat Broker quality label from the Makelaars Vereniging Amsterdam.'

“Due to the change in the (rental) market, partly caused by major changes in (tax) legislation, it is particularly pleasant to be able to fully advise clients,” adds Michiel Verbeek. 'For many investors, the choice between renting or selling is a hot item. The collaboration allows us to switch in both areas and provide the client with complete advice.

During the collaboration period, the two companies worked side by side to experience whether business “clicked”. That turned out to be a great success! 'With a team of 11 specialists, we complement each other well and there is always someone available. Thanks to the collaboration, I was able to obtain my KRMT diploma last year. This means that I can continue to serve all my regular clients myself when they decide to sell!' concludes Marie-José van Klooster.

Westeneng Verbeek Makelaardij has three branches in Hilversum, Bussum and Kortenhoef, and in addition to rental, it is active in the field of sales, purchases and valuations in 't Gooi. With a regional, national and even international network, in addition to sales and purchases, the rental and expat market is now fully served.
